Yoga for sexual impotence

Sarvangasana Yoga



Anchor the base. Bring both hands to the sides of the thighs. Slowly bend both legs over the abdomen. Nava slowly lift both legs up, holding the underside of the hands with both hands. The shoulders are pressed to the floor and the spine is raised. It enlightens the restless mind without sexual dysfunction and neurological disorders. This exercise should last from a minute to 5 minutes. When free from the seat, the foot should bend towards the abdomen and slowly relax the body.


Halasana Yoga



 Lie on the floor. Bend both legs. Bring both arms to the sides of the thighs. Breathe well, lift one leg and bring the head to the side so that the toes touch the floor. Slowly release the foot and relax the body. This stimulates the nervous system and relieves impotence. It also increases the likelihood of having sex for a longer period of time.

Balasana Yoga




 Bend both legs. Sit on the soles of the feet. With both hands on your thighs, straighten your spine, close your eyes, and relax your mind and body. Then slowly spread your legs apart and sit in the middle. Lie on your back with your left hand and right hand slowly behind you. Breathe in and out with your arms folded, your eyes closed, and your abdomen raised.
 Apart from this, it is important to drink a tablespoon of vegetable oil every other day as well as milk to get rid of impotence and immediate release.
