Hernia (Part 01)

What is Hernia

Thought to say today about hernia nuts for a special reason. We recently had a hernia operation on a 20-year-old boy. This had been swollen with the cell for years. But the hospital did not come. During the operation, I saw that the testicles on that side were atrophy. If something happens to the other side, the future will be dark.

(Cited from the real story)

A hernia is simply a rupture. When it comes to the abdomen, we call it an abdominal hernia condition.

When we take our stomach, the front side of it is completely covered with muscles. These are like a wall holding the contents of the stomach. So when there is a weakness in this wall, they break down the wall and try to get the stuff out of their stomachs. This looks like a nut.

It is in our groin area that these muscles come in and form a thin layer and attach to the pelvic bones. In this case, the male's testicles form in the place where our kidneys are in our embryonic stage. But in some people, what is left of this cavity is what comes out of the inside of our stomach and comes out like this.

In addition, due to the weakness of the abdominal wall, if it comes out of the abdomen, it is called a direct inguinal hernia.

Why these are coming,

  • Picking up heavy objects (especially lifting them in the wrong way and with weak muscles)
  • Overusing the same muscle
  • Straining during coughing, sneezing, diarrhea, or constipation
  • Being overweight or having poor nutrition
  • Using tobacco

Symptoms
  • A hemorrhoid is a lump that first appears in the early stages, but when it grows, it grows so large that you can not even put it in by hand.
  • If the intestines get stuck in this area, the intestines may bleed and the intestines may die.
  • Stomach ache can be caused by bloating, especially if the bowel is inflamed.
As I said at the beginning of the story, the cell may swell.

Prevent or Avoid from Hernia

  • Eating smaller meals
  • Losing weight if you’re obese
  • Avoiding or limiting alcohol and tobacco
  • Avoiding or limiting certain foods (such as things that are spicy or high in fiber)
  • Using proper lifting techniques to prevent strains

Treatment

The only way to cure this is to correct it with surgery. As far as I know, there is no other medical way to cure it. Don't get caught because. During the operation, the lower extremity is cut and a cut is made and the inside is sewn inside. In addition, a net-like structure is sewn to the wall to prevent it from coming back. Weight lifting can take anywhere from two to three weeks. Normal life can begin in three weeks. If you do, you will need to wear tight underwear for about two weeks because the cells can swell.
Now the latest method is laparoscopic hernia surgery. I will tell you the details later if necessary. If you have a cast hernia, do not wait until the tuber is the size of a coconut and then go to the nearest hospital surgery clinic.
